Moong Dal Halwa : I have a sweet tooth and moong dal Halwa is one of my favorites. It’s the most delicious as well as the healthiest dessert I have ever eaten as moong dal is acclaimed to be very good for our health. The other ingredients are milk, water and sugar and you can add what you wish for the final seasoning like cashew nuts or pistachios. Once you taste it, you become a slave of this dessert!
