- 50 grams –baby corn, carrot, panner, cauli flower, and capsicum chopped.
- 1 big onion finely chopped, spring onion leaves
- 1tbsp- corn flour, butter and chopped garlic.
- 1 cup – warm water
- Salt to taste
- 1tsp. Manchurian powder, garlic paste.
Take a deep vessel, fill in water, heat it until boils start coming. When boiling hot add chopped baby corn, carrot, cauli flower, mushrooms and boil it for 6mins. Once vegetables are soft turn of the gas, strain the water and keep the vegetables to cool down. Then take a pan, add butter, garlic strands, soya sauce and let it burn a little. Then add the chopped onions, capsicum, spring onions and sauté for 5 mins. Sprinkle salt, add Manchurian powder, little water and stir. Take a bowl of warm water, add corn flour and make a thick paste. Then add this to the vegetable mixture in pan. Give one boil, add the boiled vegetable, chopped panner and cook for 10 mins.
